How can I place an order?
- Orders can be placed through maskonic.com. When placing your order, please disregard the ‘Find Your Size’ button and click on ‘Add to Cart.’

Can I pick up my order?
- At the moment, curbside pick-up for orders isn’t available, but this may be an option in the future.

How do I know that my order was received?
- After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Why can’t I login to my account?
- If you didn’t register and checked out as a guest you will not be able to log in to your account. We will send you a shipping notification email when your order has shipped.

How long before my order ships?
- Most orders will ship within in 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.

Has my order shipped?
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Why is my shipment/tracking number invalid (or doesn’t exist)?
- If you have a number that begins with ‘000,’ your order was shipped USPS First Class Mail – Flats Rate which does not provide a tracking option.

Why was my order cancelled?
- Billing address doesn’t match: If the billing address on the order doesn’t match the billing address of the credit card, the order will be cancelled. Please be sure to confirm that the street address and zip code match the address and zip code on your credit card statement. Your credit card hasn’t been billed, but an authorization may be pending on the account. Depending on your bank, the length of time for this to disappear varies.

- Security code incorrect: If the CVV code on your order does not match the CVV code on the credit card you used, the order is automatically cancelled. Can I return the masks?
- All masks are non-returnable and non-refundable as we want to ensure the health and safety of our team and others. If you do have masks that have not been used, we recommend giving them to someone who may be in need – family, friends, co-workers, etc.

What is the material composition of the mask?
- Our Maskonic non-medical masks are 95% polyester and 5% spandex.

What’s the best way to wear a mask?
- Read our helpful blog post that will give you some pointers for wearing a mask.

Do you donate masks?
- Due to the current high demand, we are unable to donate masks at this time. However, we are making a donation to Feeding America for every mask purchased.

Where are these masks made?
- The masks are produced by our partners in Indonesia who also make our Bionic Gloves. We have had a longstanding relationship of more than 15 years with them and we are so happy they are able to produce non-medical masks during these times.
